United Kingdom

Delivery costs
Free shipping
Free standard delivery on orders over €80 to Ireland and the United Kingdom
Orders under €80:
Shipping costs for orders under €80 will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Ireland: 4-7 business days
United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, Clodagh Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
