1. Overview

This website is operated by Clodagh Maguire Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Clodagh Maguire Jewellery. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

All jewellery is handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in size, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the individuality of each piece. They are not considered defects.

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke or custom-made jewellery is created specifically to your requirements.

Please note:

  • Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless deemed faulty

  • Once production has begun, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or altered

We take great care to discuss designs in detail prior to making bespoke pieces.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom.

  • Dispatch times may vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made to order

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or courier services

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-bespoke items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition

  • You notify us before returning the item

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Bespoke or custom-made jewellery is not eligible for return unless faulty.

7. Jewellery Care

We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper use or wear

  • Exposure to chemicals, water, or impact

  • Failure to follow recommended care instructions

Jewellery care guidance is provided to help maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including jewellery designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Clodagh Maguire Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
